Laura

My name is Laura Sánchez Rienda and I am an Early Childhood Education teacher.

I am from Granada and I have done all my studies here. Since I was a kid I was sure that I wanted to dedicate myself to teaching and I always felt a vocation for the youngest children. I have studied Early Childhood Education, while I combined my studies working in an English academy with children from 0 to 6 years old and from that moment I knew that I was dedicating my time to what I liked the most.

In the last years of my career I had the privilege of taking a subject in which I studied the educational style of María Montessori, which caught my attention and I began to inquire more about this education.

That’s when I realized that I liked the idea of ​​being able to guide children in their learning, doing it in a different way to what I had seen so far, and I was fascinated by the idea of ​​ being part of this education.

This same year, thanks to Toy Box, I have really had the opportunity to learn more about how this method works and I am delighted to be able to continue deepen myself more and more in this educational style every day.

Since I started this new experience, my educational vision has changed a lot and I feel that every day I am growing as an Early Childhood Education teacher.

I´m joining the group of kids from 0 to 3 years old together with Loles.
